Students’ Council of GGSEHS participate in designated areas of school government. Involvement of the Students’ Council in the planning of school events has proven to be beneficial to the students, they have already experienced how meetings run and decisions are made. They work with the school administration, parents and students to assist in the initiatives for the school.

Students’ Council members bring ideas, requests and feedback to the academic process which is used to give students a voice and make decisions in creating a year-long calendar. With the ongoing development of the school, Students’ Council has learnt about the democratic process, civic responsibility, leadership, problem solving and teamwork.
